I’m Cheryl Shepard, a Mental Wellness & Health Coach and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health RN. Informed by my experience as a Registered Nurse, I bring over 25 years of mental health, veterinary nursing, and healthcare expertise to support individuals on their wellness journey.

I am passionate about helping you navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, career changes, healthcare advocacy, or medication education. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan with the tools, support, and education you need to move forward with confidence.
