As a Mental Wellness & Health Coach, I’m here to inspire you while you navigate personal growth towards reducing self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, or contributing to anxiety, depression, or chronic pain. I bring 25 years of combined experience in the healthcare field, serving as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Veterinary Nurse. With over a decade as an RN and Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse, I have extensive knowledge of mind-body medicine and approaches to reducing an over-stimulated nervous system as a result of anxiety or trauma.

By working together, we will develop individualized goals and engage in therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques. Such strategies, along with mindfulness-based coping mechanisms and self-care are utilized to enhance your mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Hello and welcome to my page. I am your Mental Wellness and Health Coach. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health RN, and I bring over 25 years of combined mental health nursing, veterinary nursing knowledge, and healthcare experience to helping my clients achieve their mental wellness and health goals. During my time in these roles, I have recognized my passion for supporting individuals in their mental wellness journey. My goal is to provide you with the tools, support, and education so you can move forward through life's challenges whether it be career change, anxiety, depression, grief support, or the need for medication education and psychoeducation for coping strategies that will best support you and your health.

Together, we will create personalized plans and I will provide the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by empowering you to identify your core mind, body, and mental health strengths and challenges so that you can overcome them with confidence.
